The Casualties es una banda de hardcore streetpunk originaria de Nueva York que se formó a principios de los años 90, las canciones de esta banda son con temas politicos. Son una de las principales representantes del hardcore punk, y han realizado giras en diferentes lugares, desde México hasta Japón. El grupo en sus principios tocaba punk rock como se muestra claramente en su tema punk rock love, con el paso del tiempo la voz de Jorge realiza mas gritos y las guitarras mas frías llegando a lo que son ahora, una de las bandas hardcore punk más conocidas de los últimos tiempos. Del año 2007 al 2008 la banda realizó una gira por sudamérica, una de las mas esperadas por seguidores latinos.
